David Haan, NMLS# 1480146, is not your typical Mortgage Loan Officer. Before venturing into the world of lending, he dedicated 20 years working in state and county government. During that time, he found himself in a role that couldn't be more different than what he does today: serving eviction notices. For over a decade, he faced the challenging task of assisting in eviction proceedings. It was a role that allowed him to see the human side of housing struggles but left him longing to make a more positive impact on people's lives.
In 2018, David decided to make a dramatic career change. He transitioned from serving eviction notices to serving dreams of homeownership. The motivation was clear: help his clients in any way he could.
